Processing & Handling Time

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to follow your package.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your chosen delivery option:

• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

• Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 hours.

• Free Shipping: Applicable on orders over Minimum order of 100 AED.

Delivery Details

• Local / Domestic Shipping: We ship nationwide across United Arab Emirates

• International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. International orders may incur custom duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the buyer's responsibility.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence of the damaged item/packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
